VisitBase started as an in-house solution for my own health care practice (Neuro Health Group) back in 2008. I had complex requirements for data entry and report writing that were not met by any of the existing options on the market. I needed something that enabled me to document detailed clinical notes in the most efficient manner possible, and to minimise the double-up of data entry involved when constructing a report for my patient and their referring practitioner.

Ultimately, the flexible system that I developed using the Claris FileMaker® software platform proved equally suitable for other colleagues that worked in family, wellness and sports orientated chiropractic and allied health practices. 

VisitBase has since continued to evolve into a highly integrated solution for both clinical and administrative aspects of practice management, offering both on-premise and cloud-hosted deployment options for customers in several disciplines and several countries around the world.
